AMD Ryzen 5 7600 är en snabb stationär processor i mellanklassen i Raphael-serien. Den erbjuder 6 kärnor baserade på Zen 4-arkitekturen som stöder hyperthreading (12 trådar). Kärnorna klockar från 3,8 (bas) upp till 5,1 GHz (enkelkärnig boost).

Raphael-serien använder fortfarande en chiplet-design med två CCD-kluster (vardera med 8 möjliga kärnor) i 5 nm och en IO-die (inklusive minneskontrollern och Radeon Graphics iGPU) i 6 nm.

R5 7600X har en TDP på 65 watt.
