Intel Ultra 7 270K Plus

Core Ultra 7 270K Plus är en Arrow Lake-baserad stationär processor från Intel och använder en hybriddesign med totalt 24 kärnor, uppdelade på 8 prestandakärnor och 16 effektivitetskärnor. Prestandakärnorna uppnår höga boost-klockfrekvenser (upp till 5,5 GHz), medan effektivitetskärnorna är optimerade för parallella arbetsbelastningar och bakgrundsprocesser (upp till 4,7 GHz).

Jämfört med långsammare modeller erbjuder Core Ultra 7 270K Plus betydligt högre totalprestanda och är positionerad i det övre stationära segmentet för spel och innehållsskapande.

Arrow Lake-S-arkitekturen bygger på en chiplet-design. CPU-delen tillverkas av TSMC med en avancerad 3 nm-process, medan andra komponenter, såsom GPU:n samt SoC- och I/O-modulerna, tillverkas med olika processnoder. De enskilda komponenterna kopplas samman med hjälp av Intels Foveros 3D-förpackningsteknik.

Strömförbrukningen är utformad för en hög prestandanivå, vilket gör att processorn kan leverera en jämnt hög beräkningsprestanda även under ihållande belastning. Mer specifikt anger Intel TDP till 125 watt (långsiktigt) till 250 watt (turbo).
