Intel Core i7-1355U
Intel Core i7-1355U är en avancerad mobilprocessor för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer baserad på Alder Lake-arkitekturen (Raptor Lake-U / RPL-U-serien). Den tillkännagavs i början av 2023 och har 2 prestandakärnor (P-kärnor, Golden Cove-arkitektur) och 8 effektiva kärnor (E-kärnor, Gracemont-arkitektur). P-kärnorna stöder Hyper-Threading vilket leder till 12 stödda trådar när de kombineras med E-kärnorna. Klockfrekvensen varierar från 1,7 till 5 GHz i prestandaklustret och från 1,2 till 3,7 GHz i det effektiva klustret. Prestandan hos E-cores bör likna den hos gamla Skylake-kärnor (jämför med Core i7-6700HQ ). Alla kärnor kan använda upp till 12 MB L3-cache. CPU:n stöder "Essentials" vPro-hanteringsfunktioner . Jämfört med P-serien (28W) eller H-serien (45W) kan 15W TDP begränsa den uthålliga prestandan.
Prestanda
Tack vare den höga klockhastigheten bör Core i7-1355U prestera något bättre än den äldre kärnan i7-1265U (upp till 4,8 GHz). De snabbare i7-modellerna som i7-1365U erbjuder endast högre klockfrekvenser (och en snabbare iGPU).
Arkitektur
Den integrerade minneskontrollern stöder olika minnestyper upp till LPDDR5-6400. Thread Director (i hårdvaran) kan hjälpa operativsystemet att bestämma vilken tråd som ska användas på prestandakärnorna eller de effektiva kärnorna för bästa prestanda. För AI-uppgifter integrerar processorn även GNA 3.0 och DL Boost (via AVX2). Quick Sync i version 8 är samma som i Rocket Lake-processorerna och stöder MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1-avkodning, JPEG, VP8-avkodning, VP9, HEVC och AV1-avkodning i hårdvara. Processorn stöder fortfarande bara PCIe 4.0 x8 för en GPU och två PCIe 4.0 x4 för SSD-enheter.
Det integrerade grafikkortet är baserat på Xe-arkitekturen och erbjuder alla 96 EUs (Execution Units) som arbetar med upp till 1,3 GHz.
Strömförbrukning
Denna Core i7-processor har en TDP på 15 W (base power, PL1) och en maximal turboeffekt på 55 W (PL2). RPL-U-processorerna är byggda i en ytterligare förbättrad Intel 7-process (10nm SuperFin) som möjliggör högre klockfrekvenser.
