Intel Core i9-12900HK
Intel Core i9-12900HK är en avancerad mobil CPU för bärbara datorer baserad på Alder Lake-arkitekturen. Den tillkännagavs i början av 2022 och har 6 prestandakärnor (P-kärnor, Golden Cove-arkitektur) och 8 effektiva kärnor (E-kärnor, Gracemont-arkitektur). P-kärnorna stöder Hyper-Threading vilket leder till 20 trådar när de kombineras med E-kärnorna. Klockfrekvensen varierar från 2,5 till 5 GHz i prestandaklustret och från 1,8 till 3,8 GHz i effektivitetsklustret. Prestandan hos E-kärnorna bör vara jämförbar med gamla Skylake-kärnor (jämför med Core i7-6920HQ ). Alla kärnor kan använda upp till 24 MB L3-cache. Som en K-variant erbjuder processorn en öppen multiplikator och därmed möjligheten att överklocka processorkärnorna. Jämfört med den liknande i9-12900H erbjuder 12900HK endast "Essentials"-funktionerna i vPro.
Prestanda
Den genomsnittliga 12900HK i vår databas är densamma som Core i9-13900H när det gäller benchmarkresultat för flertrådar. Den är också nästan lika snabb som Ryzen 7 7745HX och Core i5-13500HX . Detta är en supersnabb processor från mitten av 2023; den kommer inte att ha några problem med att köra någon app eller något spel under minst två år till.
Tack vare sin anständiga kyllösning och en långsiktig CPU-effektgräns på 134 W, är Alienware x17 R2 P48E bland de snabbaste bärbara datorer som är byggda kring 12900HK som vi känner till. Den kan vara mer än 40 % snabbare i CPU-bundna arbetsbelastningar än det långsammaste systemet med samma chip i vår databas, i augusti 2023.
Funktioner
Den integrerade minneskontrollern stöder olika minnestyper upp till DDR5-4800, DDR4-3200, LPDDR5-5200 och LPDDR4x-4267. Thread Director (i hårdvaran) kan hjälpa operativsystemet att bestämma vilken tråd som ska användas på prestandakärnorna eller de effektiva kärnorna för bästa prestanda. För AI-uppgifter integrerar processorn även GNA 3.0 och DL Boost (via AVX2). Quick Sync i version 8 är samma som i Rocket Lake-processorerna och stöder MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1-avkodning, JPEG, VP8-avkodning, VP9, HEVC och AV1-avkodning i hårdvara. CPU:n stöder endast PCIe 4.0 (x8 för en GPU och två x4 för SSD-enheter).
Det integrerade grafikkortet är baserat på Xe-arkitekturen och erbjuder 96 EUs (Execution Units) som arbetar med upp till 1,45 GHz.
Strömförbrukning
Detta Core i9-chip har en "minsta garanterad" strömförbrukning på 35 W, med 45 W som basströmförbrukning. Den maximala Intel-rekommenderade Turbo-effektförbrukningen ligger på 115 W.
I9-12900HK är tillverkad på Intels 4:e generations 10 nm-process som marknadsförs som Intel 7 för lägre energieffektivitet än genomsnittet, från och med mitten av 2023.
