Intel Core i5-13400F är en stationär processor i mellanklassen i Raptor Lake-serien. Den har en hybridarkitektur för CPU-kärnorna med kombinerade 10 kärnor. Sex snabba Golden Cove/Raptor Cove prestandakärnor (P-kärnor) med HyperThreading och en klockfrekvens på 3,5 - 5,1 GHz och fyra Gracemont effektivitetskärnor utan HyperThreading och en klockfrekvens på 2,6 - 3,9 GHz. 13400F kan vara baserad på de äldre Alder Lake-chipen (åtminstone för tidiga modeller) eller de nyare Raptor Lake-chipen. F-serien av processorer integrerar inte en iGPU.

Prestandan är klart högre än den gamla Core i5-12400F tack vare de ytterligare fyra E-cores. Dessa hjälper till vid flertrådade arbetsbelastningar och den högre boost-kärnan i p-kärnorna hjälper till vid enkeltrådade arbetsbelastningar.

Effektförbrukningen för 13400F är 65 watt vid långvariga arbetsbelastningar (PL1) och 148 watt vid korta arbetsbelastningar (PL2).
