Intel Core i7-1195G7 är en strömsnål fyrkärnig SoC för bärbara datorer och ultrabooks baserad på Tiger Lake-U-generationen (UP4) som introducerades 2021. Den integrerar fyra Willow Cove-processorkärnor (8 trådar tack vare Hyper-Threading). Basklockan (minimum) beror på den konfigurerade TDP och kan variera från 1,3 GHz (12 Watt TDP) upp till 2,9 GHz (28 W). Turbo på en kärna kan nå upp till 5 GHz (Turbo Boost 3.0). Alla kärnor kan nå upp till 4,6 GHz. i7-1195G7 är en del av Tiger Lake UP3-uppdateringen och är den snabbaste processorn i Tiger-Lake U-serien.

1195G7 integrerar Intel Iris Xe-grafiken med 96 EU:s och är också klockad vid 400 - 1400 MHz. GPU:n och CPU:n kan tillsammans använda 12 MB L3-cache.

Vidare stöder Tiger Lake SoC:erna fyra filer av PCIe 4, AI-hårdvaruacceleration och den partiella integrationen av Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 och Wi-Fi 6E i chipet.

Chippet tillverkas i den förbättrade 10nm+-processen (kallad SuperFin) hos Intel som ska vara jämförbar med 7nm-processen hos TSMC (t.ex. Ryzen 4000-serien).

Driftsområdet för UP3-serien är specificerat till 12 till 28 Watt. Därför lämpar sig processorn även för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer.
