Intel Core i7-13620H
Intel Core i7-13620H är en avancerad mobil CPU för bärbara datorer i Raptor Lake-H-serien (baserad på Alder Lake-arkitekturen). Den tillkännagavs i början av 2023 och har 6 prestandakärnor (P-kärnor, Golden Cove-arkitektur) och 4 av de 8 effektiva kärnorna (E-kärnor, Gracemont-arkitektur). P-kärnorna stöder Hyper-Threading, vilket leder till 16 stödda trådar när de kombineras med E-kärnorna. Klockfrekvensen varierar från 2,4 till 4,9 GHz (single-core boost, all-core boost upp till 4,7 GHz) på prestandaklustret och 1,8 till 3,6 GHz på det effektiva klustret. Prestandan hos E-kärnorna bör vara jämförbar med gamla Skylake-kärnor (jämför med Core i7-6700HQ ). Alla kärnor kan använda upp till 24 MB L3-cache. Jämfört med den äldre i7-12650H erbjuder 13620H högre klockhastigheter.
Prestanda
Tack vare de förbättrade klockhastigheterna bör i7-13620H kunna överträffa den gamla i7-12650H. Ändå erbjuder de snabbare i7-modellerna av den 13: e generationen fler e-kärnor och därför en klart bättre flertrådad prestanda.
Funktioner
Den integrerade minneskontrollern stöder olika minnestyper upp till DDR5-5200 (upp från DDR5-4800 i den 12:e generationen). Thread Director (i hårdvaran) kan hjälpa operativsystemet att bestämma vilken tråd som ska användas på prestandakärnorna eller de effektiva kärnorna för bästa prestanda. För AI-uppgifter integrerar processorn även GNA 3.0 och DL Boost (via AVX2). Quick Sync i version 8 är samma som i Rocket Lake-processorerna och stöder MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1-avkodning, JPEG, VP8-avkodning, VP9, HEVC och AV1-avkodning i hårdvara. CPU:n har nu stöd för PCIe 5.0 x8 för en GPU och två PCIe 4.0 x4 för SSD-enheter.
Det integrerade grafikkortet är baserat på Xe-arkitekturen och erbjuder 64 av de 96 EUs (Execution Units) klockade till upp till 1,5 GHz.
Strömförbrukning
I7-13620H har en TDP på 55W (PL1, 115W PL2) och tillverkas i en ytterligare förbättrad 10nm-process (Intel 7) som möjliggör högre klockhastigheter jämfört med 12:e generationens processorer.
