Qualcomm X2E-94-100

Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme X2E-94-100 är den näst snabbaste varianten av X2 notebook SoCs, som introducerades i september 2025. Chipet integrerar 18 ARM-kompatibla 3:e generationens Oryon-kärnor uppdelade i två kluster. Tolv snabba prime-kärnor är klockade till upp till 4,7 GHz (upp till dual-core, 4,4 GHz för alla kärnor) och 6 performance-kärnor till upp till 3,6 GHz. Tillsammans har CPU-sektionen tillgång till 53 MB cache.

SoC:n integrerar även en kraftfull X2-90 GPU med 1,85 GHz, en NPU med upp till 80 TOPS (INT8), LPDDR5x-9523 minneskontroller med 128 bitars och 152 GB/s bandbredd och Spectra ISP för upp till 36 MP dubbla kameror. Lagringsmedia kan anslutas via NVMe, PCIe 5.0, UFS 4.0, SD Express och SD 3.0. Chippet har också stöd för 3x USB 4.0-portar.

CPU-prestandan är en av de snabbaste mobilchipen vid tidpunkten för tillkännagivandet (enligt benchmarks från Qualcomm). Native benchmarks är i nivå med de snabbaste mobila CPU:erna som Apple M4 Max, Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX eller AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D. Äldre och icke optimerad programvara måste dock emuleras och kommer att visa en reducerad prestanda.

SoC:n tillverkas med en blandning av N3X och N3P (via Computerbase) hos TSMC (3nm). Elite Extreme kan användas med TDP-värden (PL1) på upp till 82 watt för paketet inklusive GPU och 65 watt för CPU.
