Intel i5-11260H

Intel Core i5-11260H är en Hexa Core SoC i mellansegmentet för bärbara speldatorer och mobila arbetsstationer. Den är baserad på Tiger Lake H45-generationen och tillkännagavs i mitten av 2021. Den integrerar sex Willow Cove-processorkärnor (12 trådar tack vare HyperThreading). Basklockfrekvensen beror på TDP-inställningen och vid 45 Watt ligger den på 2,6 GHz. Boosthastigheten för en och två kärnor kan nå upp till 4,4 GHz, alla kärnor kan nå upp till 4 GHz. Processorn erbjuder 12 MB nivå 3-cache och stöder DDR4-3200-minne.

Tack vare den nya Tiger Lake-arkitekturen bör i5-11260H kunna nå upp till nivån för den högklockade Intel Core i7-10850H (Comet Lake-H, 6 kärnor, 2,7 - 5,1 GHz, 16 MB L3) i enkel- och flertrådig prestanda. Jämfört med AMD:s nuvarande utbud bör 11260H prestera ungefär som en Ryzen 5 5600H (6 kärnor, 2,4 - 3,3 GHz, 16 MB L3-cache) eller 5600HS när TDP är inställd på 35 W.

SoC:n innehåller även det förbättrade Xe-grafikkortet som kallas UHD-grafik med alla 32 EU:er.

Vidare lägger Tiger Lake SoC:erna till PCIe 4-stöd (20 körfält i H45-serien), AI-hårdvaruacceleration och delvis integrering av Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 och Wi-Fi 6E i chipet.

Chippet tillverkas i den förbättrade 10nm-processen (kallad 10nm SuperFin) hos Intel, som ska vara jämförbar med 7nm-processen hos TSMC (t.ex. Ryzen 4000-serien). Standard-TDP är beräknad till 45 W vid 2,6 GHz bashastighet, vid 35 Watt sjunker basklockhastigheten till 2,1 GHz (cTDP nedåt).
