AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 6650U
AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 6650U är en processor för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer baserad på Rembrandt-generationen. Ryzen har sex av åtta möjliga kärnor baserade på Zen 3+-mikroarkitekturen. De är klockade till 2,9 (garanterad basklocka) till 4,5 GHz (Turbo) och stöder SMT / Hyperthreading (12 trådar). Chipet tillverkas i den moderna 6 nm TSMC-processen. Ryzen 5 PRO 6650U är den professionella versionen av konsumentenR5 6600U med ytterligare hanteringsfunktioner och Microsoft Pluton Security-processor. Jämfört med den liknande R5 6650H erbjuder 6850U en lägre basklockhastighet och en lägre TDP.
Nya Zen 3+ är en uppdatering av Zen 3-arkitekturen och bör inte erbjuda särskilt många förändringar. Själva chipet erbjuder dock en hel del nya funktioner, som stöd för USB 4 (40 Gbps), PCI-E Gen 4, DDR5-4800MT/s eller LPDDR5-6400MT/s, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth LE 5.2, DisplayPort 2 och AV1-avkodning.
Prestanda
Den genomsnittliga 6650U i vår databas ligger mycket nära Core i7-1260P och Core i7-10870H när det gäller benchmarkresultat för flera trådar. Detta är ett riktigt bra resultat från slutet av 2022.
Tack vare en bra kyllösning och en långsiktig CPU-effektgräns på 32 W kan ThinkPad T16 G1 bland de snabbaste bärbara datorer byggda kring 6650U som vi känner till. Den kan vara ca 20% snabbare i CPU-bundna arbetsbelastningar än det långsammaste systemet med samma chip i vår databas, i augusti 2023.
I 6000-serien bytte AMD slutligen till den nuvarande RDNA 2-grafikarkitekturen för iGPU. 6650U erbjuder endast den lillaRadeon 660M med 6 av de 12 CU: erna aktiverade och 1,9 GHz maximal klockfrekvens.
APU:ns TDP är specificerad till 15 - 28 watt (standard). Strömeffektiviteten bör vara mycket god, tack vare den förbättrade 6nm-processen och ytterligare energisparfunktioner i 6000-serien.
