AMD R7 5700U

AMD Ryzen 7 5700U är en processor för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer baserad på Lucienne-generationen. R7 5700U integrerar alla åtta kärnor baserade på Zen 2-mikroarkitekturen och är den näst snabbaste processorn i U-serien vid lanseringen. De är klockade på 1,8 (garanterad basklocka) till 4,3 GHz (Turbo) och har stöd för SMT/hyperthreading (16 trådar). Chipet tillverkas i den moderna 7 nm TSMC-processen. Jämfört med den snabbare Ryzen 7 5800U baserad på den nya Zen 3-arkitekturen är 5700U i princip en omdöpt Renoir CPU (Zen 2). Se vår hubbsida om Renoir-processorerna för mer information.

Prestandan bör vara något högre än den gamla Ryzen 7 4800U, tack vare den ökade klockfrekvensen för CPU och GPU.

Förutom de åtta CPU-kärnorna integrerar APU:n även ett integrerat grafikkort Radeon RX Vega 8 med 8 CU:er och upp till 1900 MHz . Minneskontrollen med dubbla kanaler stöder DDR4-3200 och energieffektiva LPDDR4-4266 RAM-minne. Dessutom finns 8 MB nivå 3-cache på chipet.

APU:ns TDP är specificerad till 15 Watt (standard) och kan konfigureras från 10 till 25 Watt av leverantören av den bärbara datorn (de flesta chip är konfigurerade högre än 15 Watt). Det betyder att chippet är avsett för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer (men med fläktar).
