Intel Processor N95
Intel Processor N95 är en mobil CPU på instegsnivå för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer från Alder Lake-N-serien. Den lanserades i början av 2023 och har inga prestandakärnor och 4 av de 8 effektiva kärnorna (E-kärnor, Gracemont-arkitektur). Chipet stöder inte HyperThreading och klockor med upp till 3,4 GHz. Prestandan hos E-kärnorna bör vara jämförbar med gamla Skylake-kärnor (jämför med Core i7-6700HQ ). Alla kärnor kan använda upp till 6 MB L3-cache. Jämfört med liknande Processor N100 erbjuder N95 en något högre TDP och därför kanske en något förbättrad uthållig prestanda.
Prestanda
Den genomsnittliga N95 i vår databas är i samma liga som Pentium 7505 och Core i3-1115G4 när det gäller multi-thread benchmark-resultat. Det är inte ett bra resultat, för att uttrycka det milt.
Din upplevelse kan variera beroende på hur höga effektgränserna för processorn är och hur kompetent kylningslösningen för ditt system är.
Funktioner
Alder Lake-N-chipen stöder endast enkanalsminne med upp till DDR5-4800, DDR4-3200 eller LPDDR5-4800. Chipet har också stöd för Quick Sync och AV1-avkodning (troligen samma motor som i Alder Lake). Dessutom är Wi-Fi 6E och Bluetooth 5.2 delvis integrerade (men ingen Thunderbolt). Externa kretsar kan anslutas via PCIe Gen3 x9 (via PCH).
Det integrerade grafikkortet är baserat på Xe-arkitekturen och erbjuder endast 16 av de 32 EUs (Execution Units) som arbetar med endast 1200 MHz. På grund av enkanalsminnet, de låga klockhastigheterna och det låga antalet shaders är iGPU:ns spelprestanda mycket begränsad.
Strömförbrukning
N95 har en basströmförbrukning på 12 W (jämfört med 6 W för N100) och är därför väl lämpad för tunna och lätta system. Processorn är byggd med en ytterligare förbättrad 10nm SuperFin-process hos Intel (kallad Intel 7).
