Intel Core 5 315

Intel Core 5 320 är en liten SoC från Wildcat Lake-familjen. Den använder 6 CPU-kärnor i två kluster. Två snabba prestandakärnor från Cougar Cove-serien klockar på 1,5 till 4,4 GHz och fyra strömsnåla E-kärnor (Darkmont LP-arkitektur) med 1,4 till 3,3 GHz. Detta gör att Wildcat Lake liknar de snabbare Panther Lake-chipen. Till skillnad från den identiska Core 5 330 stöder inte Core 5 320 valideringsprogrammet Intel Stable IT Platform Program(SIPP).

På grund av den 200 MHz (5%) lägre kärnklockan bör prestandaskillnaden mot den snabbaste Wildcat Lake-modellen, Core 7 360, vara högst 5%. Därför nämns https://edc.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/performance/benchmarks/intel-core-processors-series-3_1/ äldre Core 7 150U CPU fortfarande slås av Core 5 320.

Core 5 320 har stöd för upp till 64 GB DDR5-6400 och har en liten Intel Graphics iGPU med 32 EUs. Den integrerade NPU:n erbjuder 16 TOP:ar (Int8).

TDP är 15W - 35W (Base - Turbo), vilket gör SoC:n lämplig för små bärbara datorer och små inbyggda system. CPU-chipet i SoC:n tillverkas i den moderna 18A-processen hos Intel.
