Intel Core i3-1110G4
Intel Core i3-1110G4 är en strömsnål dubbelkärnig SoC för bärbara datorer och ultrabooks baserad på Tiger Lake-U-generationen (UP4) som introducerades i september 2020. Den integrerar två Willow Cove-processorkärnor (4 trådar tack vare HyperThreading). Varje kärna kan klockas från 1,8 GHz (bashastighet) till 3,9 GHz (boost för en och två kärnor).
En annan nyhet är det integrerade Xe-grafikkortet som bygger på den helt nya Gen 12-arkitekturen. I i3 integrerar det billiga UHD Graphics G4 med 48 av de 96 EU:erna aktiverade och en klockfrekvens på 400-1100 MHz. GPU:n och CPU:n kan tillsammans använda 6 MB L3-cache.
Dessutom lägger Tiger Lake SoC:er till PCIe 4-stöd (fyra körfält), AI-hårdvaruacceleration och delvis integrering av Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 och Wi-Fi 6 i chipet.
Chippet tillverkas i den förbättrade 10nm+-processen (kallad SuperFin) hos Intel som ska vara jämförbar med 7nm-processen hos TSMC (t.ex. Ryzen 4000-serien).
Driftsområdet för UP4-serien är specificerat till 7 till 15 Watt. Processorn är därför väl lämpad för mycket tunna och lätta bärbara datorer, konvertibla datorer eller surfplattor.
