AMD Ryzen 7 7730U
AMD Ryzen 7 7730U är en processor för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer baserade på Cezanne-generationen. Den är en del av den andra "Barcelo"-uppdateringen i början av 2023 och erbjuder samma specifikationer som den gamla Ryzen 7 5825U . Processorn integrerar alla åtta kärnor baserade på Zen 3-mikroarkitekturen klockad vid 2 (garanterad basklocka) till 4,5 GHz (Turbo) och stöder SMT / Hyperthreading (16 trådar). Chipet tillverkas i 7nm hos TSMC.
Zen 3-mikroarkitekturen erbjuder en betydligt högre IPC (instruktioner per klockslag) jämfört med Zen 2 men ligger fortfarande efter de nuvarande Zen 4-baserade processorerna (t.ex. 7040HS-serien).
Prestanda
Den genomsnittliga 7730U i vår databas är i samma liga som Ryzen 7 5825U , Ryzen 7 6800U , Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U och även Core i7-1360P , när det gäller multi-thread benchmark-resultat.
Tack vare en bra kyllösning och en långsiktig CPU-effektgräns på 30 W kan ThinkPad E14 G5-21JSS05C00 bland de snabbaste bärbara datorer som byggts kring 7730U som vi känner till. Den kan vara nästan 40 % snabbare i CPU-bundna arbetsbelastningar än det långsammaste systemet med samma chip i vår databas, i augusti 2023.
Utöver de åtta CPU-kärnorna integrerar APU:n även en Radeon RX Vega 8 GPU med 8 CU:er på upp till 2000 MHz. Minneskontrollern med dubbla kanaler stöder DDR4-3200 och energieffektivt LPDDR4-4266 RAM-minne. Dessutom finns 16 MB nivå 3-cache (upp från 8 MB i 4800U) på chipet.
APU:ns TDP är specificerad till 15 Watt (5825U var specificerad till 10 - 25W).
