Intel Ultra 7 265K

Intel Core Ultra 7 265K är en Arrow Lake-baserad stationär processor med 20 kärnor i två kluster. De 8 prestandakärnorna klockar i upp till 5,5 GHz och de 12 mindre effektivitetskärnorna i upp till 4,6 GHz. Alla CPU-kärnor kan använda 30 MB Smart Cache (L3).

Arrow Lake-S-chipen är sammansatta av flera chiplets. CPU-delen tillverkas hos TSMC i den moderna N3B-processen (3 nm), GPU:n kommer också från TSMC i N5P-processen. SoC och I/O-kretsen tillverkas i TSMC:s N6-process. Basplattan tillverkas av Intel i 22nm-processen och bär de enskilda chiplets tack vare Foveros 3D-förpackning.

Jämfört med den liknande Core Ultra 7 265KF integrerar 265K en Intel grafik kallad 4-kärnig iGPU med upp till 2 GHz. Dessutom erbjuder 265K vPro Enterprise hanterings- och säkerhetsfunktioner.

TDP är specificerad till 125 watt (långsiktig) till 250 watt (turbo).
