Apple M5 GPU

Apple M5 10-Core GPU är ett integrerat grafikkort i Apple M5 SoC (9- och 10-Core), som utvecklades av Apple. Den har 10 kärnor och stöd för Core ML, Metal Performance Shader och Metal 4. En nyhet är de neurala acceleratorerna i GPU:n (tensor-kärnor).

Apple anger att M5 GPU kan uppnå upp till 30% högre prestanda jämfört med M4 GPU. Den integrerade ray tracing-motorn har förbättrats ytterligare (nu 3:e generationen) och ska enligt Apple ge upp till 45% högre prestanda.

M5-chipet tillverkas i den moderna N3P-processen hos TSMC (3 nm).
