Apple M2 Pro 19-Core GPU
Apple M2 Pro 19-Core-GPU är ett integrerat grafikkort från Apple som erbjuder alla 19 kärnor i M2 Pro-chipet .
Grafikkortet har inget dedikerat grafikminne men kan använda det snabba LPDDR5-6400 unified-minnet med en 256-bitars buss (upp till 200 GBit/s). GPU:n klockar från 444 MHz till 1398 MHz och höll 1398 MHz i spel.
Enligt Apple ska prestandan vara 30% högre än den gamla 16-kärniga GPU:n i M1 Pro .
GPU:n är tänkt att använda Apple Metal 2 API och kan fortfarande vara baserad på de äldre PowerVR-arkitekturerna (som senast användes i Apple A10). En ny funktion i MacBook Pro 14 och 16 från 2023 är stödet för HDMI 2.1 och 8k-utgång.
Apple M2 Pro tillverkas i den andra generationens 5nm-process hos TSMC. Strömförbrukningen för GPU-delen i M2 Pro är något under 20 Watt i spel (Borderlands 3 mätt med powermetrics).
