 T612

Unisoc Tiger T612 (tidigare Spreadtrum) är en oktakärnig SoC på instegsnivå med två snabba ARM Cortex A75-kärnor på upp till 1,8 GHz och sex energieffektiva ARM Cortex A55-kärnor på upp till 1,8 GHz. SoC:n innehåller dessutom ett LTE-modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), en LPDDR3-933/LPDDR4/4X-1600-minneskontroller, en ARM Mali G52MP1 GPU på 614 MHz och en trekärnig ISP (24, 8 och 8 MPixel max). Jämfört med den äldre Unisoc T610 erbjuder T612 en GPU-kärna mindre (G52 MC1 mot MC2).

 

Chippet tillverkas hos TSMC i 12nm FinFET.
