Mediatek Dimensity 700

Mediatek Dimensity 700 är en snabb SoC i mellanklassegmentet med ett integrerat 5G-modem. Den innehåller två snabba ARM Cortex-A76-kärnor på upp till 2,2 GHz och sex energieffektiva Cortex-A55-kärnor på upp till 2 GHz (Octa-Core med Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Jämfört med den liknande Dimensity 800U erbjuder 700 lägre klockade CPU-kärnor (-200 MHz) och en långsammare GPU (en kärna mindre).

Dessutom integrerar chipet en tvåkärnig ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, ett Wi-fi 5-modem, en LPDDR4x-2133 minneskontroller, en AI-processorenhet (APU 3.0) samt videoav- och -kodning.

Dimensity 700 tillverkas i den moderna 7nm-processen och bör vara mycket strömsnål.
