UNISOC T107

 T107

Unisoc Tiger T107 är en enkel SoC för feature phones och används t.ex. i Nokia 3210 (2024). Den har en enda ARM Cortex-A7-processorkärna med en prestanda på upp till 1 GHz.

SoC:n integrerar ett LTE-modem (LTE Cat.1) och har stöd för en kamera med maximalt 2 megapixlar.

Minneskontrollern kan arbeta med maximalt 384 MB LPDDR2. eMMC 5.1 stöds som masslagring.

Inget är känt om det integrerade grafikkortet, den maximala upplösningen på skärmen är HVGA, dvs. 480 x 320 pixlar.

SoC tillverkas av TSMC med hjälp av 22nm-processen.
