Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1
Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 (SM7450-AB Mobile Platform) är en snabb ARM-baserad SoC i mellanklassen som främst återfinns i Android surfplattor och smartphones. Den har åtta kärnor (octa-core) uppdelade i två kluster. Fyra snabba kärnor baserade på ARM Cortex-A710-arkitekturen med upp till 2,4 GHz och ytterligare fyra A510-baserade kärnor med upp till 1,8 GHz i ett energieffektivt kluster.
Enligt ARM är prestandakärnorna 10 procent snabbare och 35 procent mer effektiva än de gamla Cortex-A78-kärnorna. Effektivitetskärnorna ska vara 35 procent mer kraftfulla och 20 procent mer effektiva än de gamla Cortex-A55-kärnorna. Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 har stöd för upp till 16 GB LPDDR5-3200 RAM-minne och UFS-3.1 flashminne. SoC:n använder den integrerade Adreno 644 för grafikkort .
Adreno-grafikchippet stöder HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision samt HLG och förlitar sig på en hårdvaruaccelererad H.265- och VP9-avkodare. 7:e generationens Qualcomm AI Engine erbjuder funktioner som Camera Deep Learning Face Detect (DLFD) och Video Super Resolution (VSR).
Qualcomm Spectra Triple ISP (Image Signal Processor) gör det möjligt för tre kameror att ta bilder och videor samtidigt. Chipet har stöd för 200-megapixelkameror samt 4K HDR videoinspelning.
Snapdragon X62 5G-modemet som är integrerat i SoC möjliggör samtidig dataöverföring av 5G-mmWave samt sub-6 GHz, vilket möjliggör bandbredder på upp till 4,4 GBit/s. Qualcomms FastConnect 6700 ansvarar för lokal kommunikation, som bland annat stöder Bluetooth 5.2 och Wi-Fi 6E. Via Wi-Fi 6E ska hastigheter på upp till 2,9 GBit/s uppnås.
SoC:n tillverkas i en modern 4 nm-process hos Samsung.
