Föregångaren till vår nuvarande testenhet tog sig inte till toppen av vår smartphoneranking. Liksom sitt större syskon är byggkvalitet och material återigen på en mycket hög nivå. IPhone 6S övertygar också med bra kameror, mycket snabba kommunikationsmoduler och en mycket bra GPS-modul. Skärmen är också en av de bästa i smartphone-segmentet.

Apples 3D Touch är ett nytt kontrollkoncept som vi gillade efter ett par dagar, men iOS 9 har fortfarande en del buggar. Vi kunde också se framsteg vad gäller batteritiden, trots att batterikapaciteten minskat jämfört med den gamla modellen. Detta möjliggörs tack vare iOS 9 och den nya A9-kretsen.

Kritiken är ungefär densamma som för alla Apple-produkter: Det interna minnet kan inte utökas, NFC kan bara användas för Apple Pay, och priserna är i en klass för sig.

Bättre är inte nödvändigtvis bra nog, vilket är anledningen till att Apple iPhone 6S inte heller når toppen av vår smartphoneranking. Oavsett det är Apples senaste smartphone återigen ett extremt kraftfullt stycke teknik.
