Acer Aspire Nitro 5 är ett balanserat paket till ett rimligt pris. Kombinationen av en Coffee Lake CPU och en Turing GPU tar sig lätt genom nästan alla applikationer om du inte tar i för mycket med QHD- eller UHD-upplösningar och extremt höga grafikinställningar. Vi uppskattade också den snabba PCIe SSD-enheten.

Den största höjdpunkten med Nitro 5 är dock batteritiden. Den är perfekt för personer som vill spela spela i farten. Av samma anledning passar den också utmärkt för den som vill kunna utföra mer generella uppgifter som att svara på epost eller surfa på nätet utan att behöva vara låst till ett eluttag.

Acer Aspire Nitro 5 är riktigt prisvärd även om den lider av en del kompromisser och svagheter.

En kompakt design och hög kvalitet på inmatningsenheterna ger också bra valuta för pengarna. Men Acer skulle behövt förbättra en del saker för att Nitro 5 skulle fått en högre poängsumma. För det första är högtalarna inte de bästa och skärmen är heller inte särskilt bra. Dessutom är portutbudet ganska magert och utdaterat; vi hade förväntat oss åtminstone en Thunderbolt 3-port och en kortläsare från en maskin som släppts under 2019.

Men låt inte dessa brister skrämma bort dig. Acer Aspire Nitro 5 AN515-54-53Z2 är en utmärkt spellaptop för sitt pris. Du får kämpa om du ska hitta en mer kraftfull modell eller ett totalt sett bättre erbjudande för runt 11.000 kronor.
