Is the HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 the laptop you should buy? Well, that’s something only you can answer. However, if it’s in your price budget, and if you find 14-inch laptops too small (mainly in terms of the display), this may be the right solution for you. Not only does it have a gorgeous 16-inch display, but it also includes a numpad on the keyboard. As I mentioned in the review, that keyboard may take some getting used to, if you haven’t used this setup before. Coming from a bunch of 14-inch laptops without a numpad, this took some getting used to. If you’re already using something like this, and you don’t mind it, well, then you’ll be right at home. The device also has great speakers, good key travel, solid and large trackpad, and so on.

The Honor MagicBook Pro 16 is an intriguing laptop that looks to be an all-rounder for those in need of a dedicated GPU-powered machine. It’s reminscent of some of the creator-focused devices from Asus such as the Zenbook Pro and Vivobook Pro ranges, but with a slight skew towards more typical gaming laptop looks. As such, it’ll all come down to performance to see just how viable this machine is come our full review. The price is going to be pivotal too, as always, with Honor often providing very competively priced machines in the laptop space. This doesn’t feel like a luxury device like some of the aforementioned laptops it may be competiting with, so if that means this Honor ends up being competively priced then I can see it being a sleeper hit of 2024 but a high price may see it struggle.

We really liked our time with HONOR’s latest laptop. The company seems to have pulled out all the stops in creating a modern, powerful, and attractive PC designed for the age of AI. For now, the laptop will go on sale in China first, like most HONOR products these days, with a global release scheduled for Q2 2024. Besides the MagicBook Pro 16, HONOR also revealed the Pad 9, a large tablet geared towards media consumption, and of course, its flagship phone, the HONOR Magic 6 Pro.

High-end grafikkort för bärbara datorer baserat på Ada Lovelace-arkitekturen. Erbjuder 8 GB GDDR6 (128 bitar) och är konfigurerbar med en TGP på 35 - 115W (+ Dynamic Boost).

De här grafikkorten bör klara av alla nuvarande spel med acceptabel bildfrekvens, men inte nödvändigtvis med höga inställningar. Särskilt krävande spel kanske bara fungerar med låga inställningar. Till skillnad från prestandakorten hittar man däremot de här grafikkorten i bärbara datorer av lite mindre format med bättre batteritid.
