Intel NUC NUC10i5FNK. Recensionsex från Intel Germany

Intels Comet Lake-baserade NUC är en väldigt liten och kanske ännu viktigare riktigt energisnål mini-PC med rikligt av oomph. Vår recensionsenhet NUC10i5FNK kostar för tillfället straxt över 8.000 kronor och har en Intel Core i5-10210U, 8 GB RAM, en SSD-enhet på 256 GB samt en fullständig Windows 10-licens. Med den utrustningen är du i princip redo att köra och den lilla kontorsdatorn är igång på nolltid. Men om du föredrar att installera dina egna komponenter går det att beställa NUC utan SSD, RAM och Windows-licens. Då kostar den istället runt 5.000 kronor.

Om du letar efter en liten mini-PC är Intels NUC NUC10i5FNK inte ett dåligt val. Ett modernt innehåll och rikligt med oomph gör den riktigt tilltalande, även i ett långsiktigt perspektiv.

När det kommer till prestandan är den kompakta datorn utrustad med ett modernt innehåll som inkluderar den senaste WiFi-tekniken och Intels Comet Lake SoC (Intel Core i5-10210U). Totalt fyra mikrofoner och en infraröd mottagare gör den särskilt intressant för videoströmning. Det finns gott om externa portar trots att den andra HDMI-porten fick offras för att ge rum åt en Thunderbolt 3-port. Den sistnämnda är modernare och mer mångsidig. Det finns fortfarande en SD-kortläsare och den stödjer till och med UHS-II.

Utseendet, känslan och konstruktionskvaliteten är på toppnivå. Men med det sagt hade vi föredragit en matt yta överst. Den blanka svarta baksidan ser onekligen bra ut, men det kommer troligen inte vara så särskilt länge. Kylsystemet kärvade också lite. Å ena sidan fungerade det riktigt bra vid belastning och höll alltid processorn sval. Å andra sidan är ljudutvecklingen inte direkt ett säljargument med tanke på att fläkten är aktiv även vid låg belastning. Som tur är blir den irriterande först vid fullständig belastning.
