Apart from that, the laptop is pretty much the same unit as last year, so if you have the top tier unit from back then, it would make no sense upgrading to this device. However, if you are going after the Triton 500, upgrading from an older machine, definitely look for this year’s model, if it’s available in your region. Also, don’t forget to check the Lenovo Legion 7 (15), which has pretty much the same hardware, but offers much better cooling, thanks to its vapor chamber.

But it actually improves on a few other aspects, with a slightly revamped keyboard that now offers per-key RGB control, a cleaner exterior design with fewer branding elements, better-optimized performance profiles, and improved thermals. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super Max-Q:
Avancerat laptop-grafikkort baserat på TU104-chippet med 3072 shaders. Körs i en lägre klockfrekvens än laptop-versionen av RTX 2080 Super för att uppnå mycket lägre energiförbrukning. TGP-värdet är specificerat till mellan 80 och 90 Watt med olika klockfrekvenser.
De här grafikkorten bör klara av alla nuvarande spel med acceptabel bildfrekvens, men inte nödvändigtvis med höga inställningar. Särskilt krävande spel kanske bara fungerar med låga inställningar. Till skillnad från prestandakorten hittar man däremot de här grafikkorten i bärbara datorer av lite mindre format med bättre batteritid.

En högpresterande hexa-core-processor som är utformad för tjockare bärbara datorer med utrymme för bättre värme. Comet Lake-H-processorn tillverkas på den tredje generationens 14 nm Intel-process och har UHD Graphics 630 iGPU som är klockad på 350 MHz till 1 150 MHz. Processorkärnorna körs på 2,6 GHz (basklockfrekvens) Boosting upp till 5 GHz och den troliga allkärniga Boost-frekvensen är 4,3 GHz. Hyper-Threading-stödet är aktiverat, vilket gör att två trådar kan köras samtidigt på varje kärna.
