EN→SVThere’s a lot to love about the Lenovo ThinkPad X9-15 Gen 1 Aura Edition. It practically cast a siren song upon me between its beautiful OLED display and its punchy speaker system. The battery life and sturdy chassis are also great. The problem is: Performance. If you need a high-performing business laptop, especially for a price that warrants it, then you’re much better off going with the MacBook Air 15-inch M4. It’s faster, supports nearly as much battery life, and it gives you access to the whole macOS suite of apps. However, if you need a Windows device that supports a stunning OLED display, none of the competitors can keep up with the Lenovo ThinkPad X9-15 Gen 1 Aura Edition.

While the ThinkPad X9's general performance proves more than capable for everyday productivity and even some demanding tasks, it's no speed champion, particularly when stacked against dedicated content-creation powerhouses. Ultimately, the X9 carves out a compelling niche for traveling pros and discriminating consumers who prioritize a premium visual experience and cutting-edge AI integration alongside portability and reasonable-enough performance.

EN→SVThe Lenovo ThinkPad X9 Gen 1 is a controversial addition to the ThinkPad lineup and easily the best addition to that lineup in many years and possibly the best laptop of 2025 (it is). Yes, I know that is a bold statement, so take it with a grain of salt and do your own research and read other reviews. Overall, both the 14-inch and 15-inch models offer similar performance experiences (depending on what CPU you opt for). Obviously, the screen size is different, but both of these panels are 2.8K OLED displays with anti-reflective coating, and they look spectacular. The design is on point and really reminds me of a MacBook Pro, that is intentional. The new Intel chips and GPUs are spectacular and offer nearly the same performance and battery life as Apple’s M-chips.

Intel Arc 140V: Ett ganska snabbt integrerat grafikkort som vissa Intel Lunar Lake-processorer enligt uppgift använder. 140V har 8 Xe²-arkitekturkärnor som körs i upp till 2 050 MHz och 8 strålspårningsenheter; det är DirectX 12 Ultimate-aktiverat och det stöder också alla moderna videocodecs. Om de senaste läckorna av benchmarkresultat är någon indikation, kommer dess spelprestanda att vara något bättre än GeForce MX570.
Det här är mindre avancerade grafikkort för användare som ändå vill kunna spela spel. Nya spel bör vara spelbara, men ofta bara med låga detaljinställningar och låg upplösning. Eftersom moderna grafikkort i den här klassen har låg strömförbrukning kan även batteritiden vara bra.
