HP Spectre x360 16 recension: bärbar 2-i-1-dator med bra skärm och starka körtider

Glamorös. Spectre x360 16 kännetecknas av en stor 16-tums pekskärm i ett arbetsvänligt 16:10-format (3 072 x 1 920). En inmatningspenna (HP Tilt Pen) ingår. En 5 MP-kamera är också ett plus för videokonferenser.

Hewlett Packards bärbara 2-i-1-dator tillhör premiumsegmentet och har en motsvarande prislapp: intresserade köpare måste betala omkring 2 000 dollar för konfigurationen i vårt exemplar. I gengäld får användarna en stor, stylusutrustad konvertibel som drivs av en Core i7-processor (Alder Lake), 16 GB RAM-minne och en 1 TB SSD. Konkurrerande enheter är bland annatLenovo Yoga 7 16IAP7, den LG Gram 16 2-i-1, den MSI Summit E16 Flipoch Dell Inspiron 16 7620 2-i-1.

Hölje - Spectre x360 har ett chassi i aluminium

Den bärbara 2-i-1-datorns aluminiumchassi kommer i mörkblått ("Nocturne Blue"). Alternativt finns modeller med svart chassi. HP använder sig av matta, släta ytor. Den bärbara datorns mest slående designfunktion är de avfasade bakre hörnen, där ljudkombinationen och en USB-C-port är installerade. När basplattan avlägsnas har användarna tillgång till batteriet (skruvat, inte limmat) och andra interna komponenter.

Den konvertibla datorns byggkvalitet lämnar inget utrymme för kritik. Spaltmåtten är jämna och inga materialutsprång förekommer. Basenheten och locket ger efter något vid vridspänning, men håller sig inom gränserna. Locket hålls stadigt på plats av gångjärnen. Det är möjligt att öppna locket med en hand.

Jämförelseapparaternas dimensioner skiljer sig bara lite från varandra. Detsamma gäller för vikten - med ett undantag: den LG Gram väger 400 till 600 gram mindre än konkurrenterna.

Anslutningsmöjligheterna är begränsade - Spectre har bara en USB-A-plats (USB 3.2 Gen 2). En vikningsmekanism gör att det är lite krångligt att koppla in den. Vid ytterligare anslutningar krävs en adapter eller en dockningslösning. Detta borde inte vara något större problem tack vare två USB-C-portar med Thunderbolt 4-stöd (Power Delivery, Displayport). Den bärbara datorn erbjuder också tre videoutgångar (1x HDMI, 2x DP).

Tack vare en infraröd kamera på 5 MP (max. 2560x1920 pixlar) är Specter optimalt förberedd för videokonferenser och zoommöten. En positiv aspekt: Kameran har en slutare som kan aktiveras eller avaktiveras via en funktionstangent.

På programvarusidan erbjuder HP ytterligare funktioner som är grupperade under "GlamCam" inom det förinstallerade programmet "HP Command Center". Underhåll

Det finns ingen underhållslucka, så bottenplattan måste tas bort för att komma åt de inre komponenterna. Jämfört med tidigare Spectre-modeller är demonteringen ganska enkel eftersom det inte finns några skruvar dolda under gummilisterna på enhetens undersida. Endast de fyra synliga skruvarna måste tas bort. Därefter kan bottenlocket tas bort med hjälp av en platt spatel. Vi rekommenderar att du börjar med gångjärnen. När det väl är öppnat har du tillgång till SSD:n (PCIe 3), WLAN-modulen, fläktarna, högtalarna och batteriet.

Garanti

Tangentbord

De mjuka tangenterna på det upplysta chiclet-tangentbordet har kort slaglängd och en tydlig tryckpunkt. Tangenternas motstånd är acceptabelt och tangentbordet ger inte efter när man skriver. Belysningen (två ljusstyrkor) styrs via en funktionstangent. På det hela taget levererar HP ett tangentbord som lämpar sig för daglig användning.

Pekplatta

Den släta ytan på den multitouch-kapabla ClickPad (ca 12,5 x 8 cm) ger goda glidegenskaper. Padden är mycket känslig för inmatning, även i hörnen, har en kort resväg och en tydlig tryckpunkt.

Pekskärm

Pekskärmen (tio pekpunkter) kan användas med fingrarna eller med den medföljande HP Tilt Pen (MPP 2.0). Den senare känns bra att använda; pennspetsen glider smidigt över skärmen. Det integrerade batteriet laddas via den medföljande korta USB-C-kabeln. Två ytterligare pennspetsar ingår.

Skärm - 3k+ i 16:10-format

HP utrustar Spectre med en antireflexionsskärm på 16 tum (3 072 x 1 920) i 16:10-format - reflektioner kan inte helt undvikas. En positiv aspekt: Panelen uppvisar inget PWM-flimmer i alla ljusstyrkor.

Ljusstyrkan (406,3 cd/m²) och kontrastförhållandet (1 771:1) uppfyller inte bara respektive mål (> 300 cd/m² och 1 000:1), utan visar sig också bättre än konkurrenterna. Den maximala ljusstyrkan sjunker lite i batteriläge, men ligger fortfarande inom målintervallet.

Som ett alternativ till 3k+-skärmen erbjuder HP även en UHD+-modell (3840 x 2400) - en OLED-panel som ger ett utmärkt svartvärde och kontrast.

I fabrikstillstånd visar skärmen en hyfsad, men inte enastående färgåtergivning: Med en avvikelse på 5,8 är målet (DeltaE < 3) inte uppfyllt. Detta förbättras genom kalibrering, men målet nås fortfarande inte. Man kan förvänta sig mer av en bärbar dator för 2 000 US-dollar.

Skärmen kan återge hela sRGB-färgrymden, medan AdobeRGB- och DCI-P3-färgrymderna återges till 77 respektive 76 procent. Den alternativt tillgängliga OLED-skärmen (3 840 x 2 400) erbjuder fullständig DCI-P3-täckning. Det sistnämnda gäller även panelerna iSummit E16 och Gram 16.

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 19487 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 3846000) Hz was measured.

Prestanda - Core i7 uttömmer inte sin kapacitet

Spectre x360 16 är en 2-i-1-enhet i premiumsegmentet som ger tillräcklig prestanda för kontor och internetanvändning samt sparsamt spelande. HP använder sig av ett tvådelat tillvägagångssätt inom sortimentet: Förutom modeller med CPU:er på 45 watt (t.ex. Core i7-12700H), innehåller sortimentet även varianter med CPU:er på 28 watt (t.ex. Processor

Core-i7-12700H processorn (Alder Lake) består av sex prestandakärnor (hyperthreading, 2,4-4,7 GHz) och åtta effektivitetskärnor (ingen hyperthreading, 1,8-3,5 GHz), vilket ger totalt 20 logiska CPU-kärnor.

Benchmarks ger en blandad bild: medan prestandan för en enda tråd (som är avgörande för daglig användning) ligger på samma nivå som genomsnittsvärdet för den CPU som installerats här, är prestandan för flera trådar klart undermålig. Trots detta arbetar processorn fortfarande på en hög prestandanivå. HP verkar ha bestämt sig för låga utsläppsvärden.

Loop-testet CB15 visar att klockan efter några sekunder sjunker till värden (P-kärnor: 2,8-2,9 GHz, E-kärnor: 2,3-2,4 GHz) som ligger strax över basklockan. I det fortsatta testförloppet sjunker klockan lite mer.

Det snabba och smidiga arbetssystemet ger tillräckligt med kraft för kontors- och internetapplikationer. PCMark-resultaten är mycket bra.
