Acers framgångar med Nitro-serien fortsätter nu nästan sömlöst tack vare den senaste uppdateringen. Utöver prestandaförbättringarna har några andra, mindre aspekter polerats.

Tangentbordet har förbättrats avsevärt och gör nu ett riktigt positivt intryck. Pekplattan är lite väl högljudd och känns lite lös och nästan trasig – en detalj som vi sett tidigare i en annan Acer-enhet. Skärmens utmärkta ljusstyrka och höga kontrast är övertygande. Olyckligtvis är det kromatiska bruset på den matta ytan störande.

De inre egenskaperna i form av processorn och DDR4-minnet innebär förstås också en förbättring. Vårt testexemplar stod sig bra i konkurrensen med liknande modeller. Systemprestandan är OK överlag, men en riktig SSD skulle kunna förbättra den märkbart. Temperaturerna blir inte för höga ens under belastning och batteritiden är anständig med tanke på kategorin.

Vår testenhet har en prislapp på 1230 euro. Andra konfigurationer börjar på cirka 1000 euro och stannar på 1900 euro. Tyvärr kan det vara svårt att välja rätt komponenter. Köparen behöver gå igenom många konfigurationer för att hitta rätt konfiguration.
