The problem is you could say exactly the same about the Galaxy Z Flip 6, which is still readily available. The two are practically tied on specs, but the older handset can now be found at a significant discount from its original retail price. That makes it the obvious choice for anyone wanting a flip phone on a more modest budget. A hefty price cut – and Galaxy Z Flip 6 reserves finally running dry – could add to its appeal, but until then this is a Fan Edition phone that doesn’t do quite enough to earn its fans.
