It still retains that astounding battery endurance that would give Intel something to sweat about. My only gripe about this specific model, though, is its steep asking price. We’re liking almost everything about the Zephyrus G15. It’s got a beautiful design, has a premium build, great display and performance, large RAM and storage, and good battery life. The lack of a built-in webcam can be a minor issue, especially to those who are into video calls a lot, but the external webcam kinda makes it up for it. The lack of RGB might be a minor downer for some, but not a deal-breaker. As for the price, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503QS-HQ017TS (RTX 3080 8GB GDDR6 / 15″ WQHD / 165Hz / R9-5900HS / 1TB PCIE3 SSD / 16GB x 2) is priced at PHP 179,995. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something that is close to the power of the top-of-the-line Zephyrus S17 but with a lower asking price.

It's hard to pick holes – serious or otherwise – in the Asus Zephyrus G15. The only improvements I would make would be the addition of a biometric webcam and a fingerprint scanner. But neither of those comes even close to being a deal-breaker. I’m not sure the top-end version I tested is the best-value model in the range, but then quality always comes at a price. Everything else about the Zephrus G15 is spot on. The Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 retails for Rs 1,29,990 and for the price, is a capable device that can act as your gaming and work companion simultaneously. It has a stellar battery life to back it up along with a sturdy design and a great display. However, with the new Ryzen 6000 series now rolling out on laptops, the G15’s 5900HS can feel a bit outdated. In fact, buyers looking to squeeze every ounce of value out of their purchase will probably be better off with the ASUS TUF A17, which costs the same albeit employs a Ryzen 6800H and an RTX 3060 GPU. That said, buyers looking for a pint-sized laptop that can run games admirably will find plenty to like about the Zephyrus G15 as well.

Asus:
De här grafikkorten levererar bäst 3D-prestanda för bärbara datorer. De kan hantera alla nya spel i hög upplösning och ofta med avancerade inställningar. Däremot är strömförbrukningen hög, så batteritiden blir lidande (med undantag för bärbara datorer med växlingsbar grafik). Som regel hittar man bara de här GPU:erna i större laptops.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU:
Högklassigt grafikkort för bärbara datorer baserat på Ampere GA104-chipet. Vid lanseringen i början av 2021 är 3080 det snabbaste grafikkortet för bärbara datorer på marknaden.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU:
Högklassigt grafikkort för bärbara datorer baserat på Ampere GA104-chipet. Finns i olika versioner med en TDP från 80 till 125 watt.
De här grafikkorten bör klara av alla nuvarande spel med acceptabel bildfrekvens, men inte nödvändigtvis med höga inställningar. Särskilt krävande spel kanske bara fungerar med låga inställningar. Till skillnad från prestandakorten hittar man däremot de här grafikkorten i bärbara datorer av lite mindre format med bättre batteritid.

R7 6800HS: Mobil Octa-Core APU med Zen 3+-kärnor klockade till 3,2 till 4,7 GHz och ett RDNA2 grafikkort med 12 CU-kärnor klockade till upp till 2.200 MHz. HS-varianten har en 10 W lägre TDP och därmed en lägre uthållig prestanda än H-versionen.
