EN→SV Archive.org versionOur general opinion of the ASUS ROG G752VS remains somehow unchanged. It’s an excellent premium gaming notebook with fast storage solutions (2x M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD), ridiculously powerful GTX 1070 on board and a cooling system to support all of this demanding hardware. The display is also of high quality, although it’s identical to the previous version while retaining the much-needed G-Sync technology paired with the 75Hz refresh rate. However, we are still puzzled by the fact that the G752VS continues the bad trend of excluding the iGPU from the system and thus ruining the battery life and crippling the 90Wh capacity. Also, the build quality is rather questionable in the long run – the construction feels rigid but the choice of materials is unsatisfactory – and falls behind some of its competitors like the Acer Predator 15 and Predator 17 – even compared to its distant predecessor the ASUS ROG G751 – while sharing the overcrowded port distribution on the right side. We hope this gets fixed in the future alterations of the laptop.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Mobile:
Pascal-baserat mobilt grafikkort i toppskiktet baserad på en avskalad GP104 (likt GTX 1080) och GDDR5-grafikminne. Efterföljare till GTX 980M med 10 Watt högre TDP. Liknar desktop-versionen av GTX 1070 prestandamässigt, men mer fler shaders och lägre klockfrekvens.
De här grafikkorten bör klara av alla nuvarande spel med acceptabel bildfrekvens, men inte nödvändigtvis med höga inställningar. Särskilt krävande spel kanske bara fungerar med låga inställningar. Till skillnad från prestandakorten hittar man däremot de här grafikkorten i bärbara datorer av lite mindre format med bättre batteritid.
