The phone is a chunky beast, but it doesn’t feel particularly bulky to hold or carry. It also runs very well, no doubt in part due to the fact that its CPU is in fact more powerful than that of the Armor 6 – a Helio P70 in comparison to the latter’s P60. The camera is solid if unremarkable, with a variety of modes that you probably won’t find yourself using because of the not-quite stellar quality, but the 6E also comes with a nifty UV sensor and barometer – making it good for taking on extended outdoor trips.

It also runs very well, no doubt in part due to the fact that its CPU is in fact more powerful than that of the Armor 6 – a Helio P70 in comparison to the latter’s P60. The camera is solid if unremarkable, with a variety of modes that you probably won’t find yourself using because of the not-quite stellar quality, but the 6E also comes with a nifty UV sensor and barometer – making it good for taking on extended outdoor trips.

Att Ulefone Armor menar allvar med tålighet är lätt att se i samma ögonblick du tar upp den ur kartongen. Än viktigare är dock att telefonen når långt i vad den erbjuder utöver själva tåligheten. Ulefone Armor 11 review: Costly mistakes

The Ulefone Armor 11 looks like it offers a considerable amount of features for a rugged phone. It packs a large battery, an IP68/IP69K rating, and a night vision camera, but those features don’t make up for the obvious shortcomings. If you are looking for a rugged phone that’s built to last and has moderately decent features, then the Ulefone Armor 11 isn’t it. While battery and processor performance are both stellar, the extremely cheap build quality and poor night vision camera make the phone hard to recommend. The steep $579 price doesn’t help either, and you would be better off looking at alternatives such as the Cat S62 Pro ($649) or the Doogee S96 Pro ($389). Both offer a better overall experience and cost less. Unfortunately for Ulefone, the Armor 11 is a big miss.

EN→SVThe Ulefone Armor 11 looks like it offers a considerable amount of features for a rugged phone. It packs a large battery, an IP68/IP69K rating, and a night vision camera, but those features don’t make up for the obvious shortcomings. If you are looking for a rugged phone that’s built to last and has moderately decent features, then the Ulefone Armor 11 isn’t it. While battery and processor performance are both stellar, the extremely cheap build quality and poor night vision camera make the phone hard to recommend. The steep $579 price doesn’t help either, and you would be better off looking at alternatives such as the Cat S62 Pro ($649) or the Doogee S96 Pro ($389). Both offer a better overall experience and cost less. Unfortunately for Ulefone, the Armor 11 is a big miss.

Ulefone has added yet another handset to its bulging portfolio; the Armor 12 5G is the cheapest 5G rugged handset we have tested to date but that doesn’t mean that it lacks unique selling points. Ulefone innovated by radically changing the design of the Armor 12 to something a bit more refreshing, at the same time, it added an antibacterial product (composite silver ion) as well as adding two speakers for improved audio performance. Add five camera sensors, wireless charging and a larger than average battery and you have a rugged smartphone that’s worthy of interest. Its low resolution and the use of the slower Dimensity 700 processor are the two potential blots on an otherwise great spec sheet. As for the competition, other than the fabulous Nokia XR20 (far more expensive and a tad slower but also protected by a three-year warranty), there’s the Doogee V10 ($260 at the time of writing and next on our review list) and the Oukitel WP13 ($240).

Ulefone är en kinesisk tillverkare som framför allt skaffat sig en nisch med tåliga mobiltelefoner. Och med tåliga menar vi mobiler som är certifierade att tåla fall i betonggolv från (i det här fallet) 1,5 meter, och inte bara är vattentäta utan certifierade att tåla högtrycksspolning och därmed klara av att man har med dem i badet. Man har ett förvillande stort utbud av mobiler, men Ulefone Armor 17 Pro kan sägas vara den lite smidigare varianten, utan en massa specialfunktioner men med en inte alltför hög prislapp.
