Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

realme 6 Pro levererar precis vad den lovar i vårt test och kan därför stå som en rejäl konkurrent till andra liknande enheter. Systemprestandan motsvarar den installerade hårdvaran och de övriga komponenterna gör sitt jobb ordentligt. 90 Hz-skärmen säkrar ett pluspoäng, men resulterar också i ett aningen högre pris än andra jämförbara smartphones.

Den som köper realme 6 Pro får precis vad tillverkaren lovat, inklusive en 90 Hz-skärm och tilltalande färger.

Även om den är lockande visuellt sett märks ett par brister på materialvalen. Detta gäller i synnerhet den skyddande filmen på skärmen, som inte bara är känslig för repor utan också gör dra-och-släpp manövrar svårare att utföra. Kameran sticker ut ganska långt på baksidan, men det kompenseras ganska väl av det inkluderade silikonfodralet. I slutändan är realme 6 Pro en rejäl smartphone till ett bra pris som vi inte har någon större anledning att klaga på.
