To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Moto G6 Plus är kulmen av den aktuella Moto G6-serien från Motorola. På grund av det står hårdvaran ut kraftigt jämfört med dom andra G6-modellerna. I jämförelse med andra telefoner för runt 3.000 kronor så är det dock få områden där G6 Plus står ut, i huvudsak gäller det kameran och dom extra funktionerna som kommer av Moto-mjukvaran. Dom rena prestandavärdena är tyvärr inte tillräckliga för att försätta konkurrenterna i en besvärlig situation.

Motorola erbjuder en kraftfull mittenskikts-telefon med sin Moto G6 Plus. Men den tyngs inte bara ner av externa rivaler utan även av bra alternativ från Motorolas egna led.

Den som köper G6 Plus kommer få en smartphone som definitivt lever upp till förväntningarna på en mittenskikts-enhet. Budgetmedvetna köpare kanske skulle klara sig bättre med Moto G5s. Om den sämre kameran inte är särskilt viktig så är den telefonens prestanda nästan samma som den efterföljande modellens. Dessutom erbjuder andra tillverkare också kraftfulla telefoner för runt 3.000 kronor. I slutändan är det personlig preferens som kommer vara den avgörande faktorn för vilket enhet man bör välja.
