The OLED display sure looks good and is much better than the IPS options offered by some of the competitors. The performance is one area where it can be a bit polarising. Those who want a laptop to handle the day-to-day tasks might find this an interesting option, while those who usually multitask heavily or want their laptop to run some games might look at the Intel or AMD counterparts instead, as they provide better GPU performance and can handle such tasks slightly better. However, where it loses in the heavy-duty performance, it makes up for it with the battery life.

For professionals, it’s a sleek and reliable laptop with a great battery life that is capable of handling day to day tasks with ease. Students will also find plenty to love here, thanks to its lightweight design, refreshing colour options, and dependable battery life. That said, this isn’t a machine built for gaming or high-refresh entertainment. The 60Hz refresh rate and integrated GPU limit its suitability for gamers or heavy video editors. So if this is your usecase, I would recommend looking at other options which might cost higher as well. For everyone else, the Vivobook S16 checks all boxes: it’s stylish, portable, and practical, making it a worthy investment.

Overall, the ASUS Vivobook S16 with the Snapdragon X chipset isn't a perfect laptop, but it’s a great one. For the price of just PHP 50,995, it definitely has its strong suits, such as the long battery life and nice display. The Snapdragon X chipset can also handle all your productivity workload as well. But if you want to game, you could consider the AMD or Intel versions of the Vivobook S16. Same exterior and features, just with a chipset we’ve all come to love. Not to mention you won’t have to worry about installing programs.

Qualcomm Adreno X1-45 1.7 TFLOPS: En integrerad grafikadapter som Snapdragon X Plus 8-kärniga X1P-42-100 SoC har. Jämfört med de snabbare 3,8 TFLOPS och 4,6 TFLOPS X1-85 iGPU:erna kör den här inte bara med lägre klockfrekvenser utan har också färre unified shaders till sitt förfogande, med 768 som det mest troliga antalet. Den underliggande arkitekturen är enligt uppgift inte mycket annorlunda än den som användes i Adreno 730. När det gäller dess spelprestanda är det bara precis tillräckligt för spel före 2020 i upplösningar som HD 720p på låga grafikinställningar.

Det här är mindre avancerade grafikkort för användare som ändå vill kunna spela spel. Nya spel bör vara spelbara, men ofta bara med låga detaljinställningar och låg upplösning. Eftersom moderna grafikkort i den här klassen har låg strömförbrukning kan även batteritiden vara bra.
