Overall, this is a decent gaming and editing laptop. It comes with beautiful design, great display and battery, the audio is also pretty loud. But we think the price is too much for this one. What do you think?

The ROG Strix GL503 is a pretty decent entry to ASUS’ gaming series, but the lower than expected GPU severely limits your options when it comes to playing games. Sure, you’ll be able to play most games in the market fairly well in medium settings, but with a sticker price of Php 69,995 many gamers are expecting more.

As of the present, it’s capable of getting respectable frame rates in graphically demanding AAA games, at medium to high settings. A few years down the line though? Your investment may start to struggle given the fact that game requirements increase every year, and this laptop only packs a GTX 1050.

ASUS officially took the wraps off of their ROG Strix GL503 notebook back in May during COMPUTEX, with the Taiwanese company announcing availability of the new machines during the recently concluded ROG Masters in Manila. The Strix GL503 differs from ASUS’ other offerings by providing eSports afficionados with a gaming notebook that has enough oomph for competitive play while still being portable enough to chuck inside a backpack.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Mobile:

Det här är mindre avancerade grafikkort för användare som ändå vill kunna spela spel. Nya spel bör vara spelbara, men ofta bara med låga detaljinställningar och låg upplösning. Eftersom moderna grafikkort i den här klassen har låg strömförbrukning kan även batteritiden vara bra.
