EN→SVIs the Asus Chromebook CX15 a worthy investment? For the likes of me and my daily computing tasks, I'd say no. But that's because I require a speedy machine that can multitask without stress to manage my workload (and my streaming- and gaming-friendly entertainment habits). But I have to pay more to achieve that. For those who only want a simple-to-use, affordable laptop that does the job of being able to easily run websites, read through emails, work through documents and stream the latest shows, then the Asus Chromebook CX15 is the value machine you're after.Being just $259/£249 is a huge advantage for many, especially kids, students or families in need of a laptop for all to use. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better-looking laptop that's easy to carry around at this price.

While it performs well considering the spec, it won’t cut it for serious multitasking, and the lack of ports might deter more users still. But at this price, you’ll struggle to find a more generous offering in the Chromebook sector than the CX1505.

It’s not fast enough to handle anything beyond casual web browsing and doesn’t last as long on battery as more expensive Chromebooks. But it still offers a crisp 1080p display, slim design, and a decent keyboard. Consider the Chromebook CX15 the minimum viable laptop. It’s not great at anything, but it can handle the basics at an extremely low price.

Intel UHD Graphics (Jasper Lake 16 EU):
Integrerat grafikkort i Intel Jasper Lake Celeron-modeller på ingångsnivå baserade på Gen. 11-arkitekturen. Erbjuder 16 av 32 EU:er (Execution Units / Shader Cluster). Klockfrekvensen beror på processormodellen och sträcker sig från 350 MHz bas till 800 MHz boost. Jasper Lake-kretsarna tillverkas i 10nm-processen hos Intel produceras (liknande Ice Lake).
En del nyare spel kan spelas med de här grafikkorten, men bara om de är mindre krävande. De har ändå tillräcklig kapacitet för kontorsbruk och film (möjligen högupplöst). Är grafikkretsen dessutom integrerad kan batteritiden vara utmärkt.

Celeron N4500:
Dubbelkärnig SoC med låg effekt från Jasper Lake-serien för billiga bärbara datorer. Körs med klockor mellan 1,1 och 2,8 GHz och integrerar ett DirectX 12-kompatibelt grafikkort med 16 EUs och upp till 750 MHz. Processorkärnorna är mindre och långsammare än i Core CPU:erna (t.ex. Ice Lake) men tillverkade i samma 10nm-process.
