The Razer Core V2 and the Blade Stealth: a perfect team.

Med all säkerhet kommer Blade Stealth bara tilltala en liten målgrupp. Även om Razer i huvudsak är associerad med gaming och ger intrycket av att ha släppt en spellaptop på marknaden så är Blade Stealth, med sitt Intel-UHD-620 grafikchip, inte tillräckligt kraftfull för en riktig gamer. Dom flesta aktuella spel som kräver lite mer grafikkraft körs på medelinställningarna som bäst. Och Razer uppfyller inte heller förväntningarna från en annan grupp köpare som behöver sin laptop mer på kontoret eller på resande fot, på grund av kort batteritid, avsaknaden av ett alternativ för matt skärm och dom få anslutningsalternativen.

"Laptop på dagen, skrivbordsdator på natten." Razer var medvetna om behovet av att balansera mellan två olika grupper köpare. Blade Stealth är definitivt en intressant kombination tillsammans med Razer Core V2 för nattspelare.

Kärnan med ett externt grafikkort byter ut det interna UHD 620 helt och hållet via Thunderbolt 3-anslutningen och erbjuder en häpnadsväckande prestandaökning i alla spel. Vi har redan testat detta utförligt. Som ett exempel, vi använde spelet "Resident Evil 7" med höga detaljer (1920x1080 med AF, FXAA och TAA): Trots att Razer Blade Stealth bara når upp till ospelbara 10 FPS med Intel UHD 620 så ökar bilduppdateringen med Razer Core V2 och ett externt Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 med 82% och når då 56 FPS. Thunderbolt-portens 40 Gbit/s visar inga tecken på att sakta ner saker här, då samma grafikkort uppnår runt 59 FPS i en skrivbords-konfiguration. Vi kommer straxt publicera en recension av Razer Core V2 och Blade Stealth med intressanta resultat från prestandatester av aktuella spel och jämför prestandaskillnaderna mellan en intern och en extern monitor.
